Three Nights Minimum Stay
Our apartments are about 180 square meters in area. To properly clean, sterilize & maintain our facilities we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Are pets allowed ?
At this time the compound does not allow pets.
Damage Deposit
We require a $300 (Cash or Cheque) Damage deposit to be refunded after clearance if no damage was done.
Are utilities costs included ?
We provide a furnished condo. Our rent charge does not include the cost of utilities. The renter is responsible to pay the cost of electricity and heating diesel according to the metered consumption of his/her unit. A deposit is required upon check-in
Can we have guests stay over ?
With short term stay (3 nights) no overnight stays are allowed with the exception of the maximum 6 persons who registered as occupants when the reservation was made. Due to insurance regulations the maximum occupancy per apartment is 6.
What are the rental conditions / regulations in detail ?
Is the use of the community BBQ free ?
To further the enjoyment of the compound occupants the use of the central community BBQ is free. Just bring your charcoal and food..
How about payments ?
In General, payments are made cash in advance at our offices in Beirut or on site after filling the rent agreement. Payments in advance will guarantee the reservation.
Do you provide towels & sheets ?
For short term rentals (3 days) we only provide the use of sheets for free. Due to Covid19 concerns, towels are available for a small charge.
What consumables do you provide for free?
Our facility is a furnished apartment and not a hotel.
For short term rentals (3-10 days) we provide the following consumables:
- Two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom.
- One bar of soap per bathroom.
- One roll of paper towels for the kitchen.
- One load of firewood (5 pieces) for the fireplace.
- One small bottle of dish washing liquid.

Are we at any risk staying at your facility during the Covid19 pandemic ?
Our Apartments are seprated and individually accessed. Each has its own outdoor space. We sanitize our apartments after each use and urge our guests to follow prudent protection protocols during their stays at our facility such as wearing a mask and frequent hand washing etc... We also check the temperature of all visitors when we can. However we assume no responsibilities regarding any infections that may arise due to interaction between guests.
Is smoking allowed ?
For rents less than one month in duration smoking is not allowed indoors. This applies to cigarettes & Argileh. Any burn damages due to cigarettes or Argileh if any shall be compensated.
Food Services
At this time we do not provide any food services as our facility is a private furnished apartment. There are few restaurants close by that may provide food deliveries depending on the season and the road conditions.
